Për më tepër, 10.6 miliardë dollarë të tjerë janë planifikuar të shpenzohen për “nevojat e lidhura me mbrojtjen jashtë juridiksionit buxhetor”. Kështu, kostoja totale do të jetë 857.9 miliardë dollarë.
Buxheti i mbrojtjes përmban tezën se Uashingtoni do të kërkojë të përjashtojë Moskën nga një sërë organizatash ndërkombëtare, përfshirë G20.
